Having worked in consultancy for most of her career, Veronica has been a Chartered Marketer for more than 10 years and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (DMS) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing (DipM).
She was the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Course Leader at Gateshead College for 11 years and has recently become a Course Director for the Faculty of Learning and Development at the CIM Headquarters at Moor Hall, Cookham. She has also taught at the University of Northumbria on Small Business programmes and is a regular speaker on the CIM seminar circuit.
Sally is a Public Relations and Marketing Consultant specialising in marketing communications. She has over 20 years' experience of creating and implementing a broad range of communications strategies, working at board/CEO level, to deliver effective business solutions both in the UK and overseas. She was a partner in David Sheppard and Associates, which was ranked as one of the UK's top 20 consultancies for quality by PR Week.
Sally is member of the Institute of Learning and has lectured on the CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma programme at Gateshead College since 1994. She is currently Chair of the North East Chartered Institute of Public Relations and has been an assistant examiner for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and judge for the CIPR Pride Awards.
Andrew is a UKCP registered psychotherapist (Dip NLPt) and a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (INLPTA). He is an experienced Human Resource specialist and trainer and has worked as a professional development coach with many senior managers and executives.
He worked for Marks and Spencer for 15 years in a range of roles in the UK and Irish Republic, latterly in the area of management development for the top 50 managers in the North East of England.
The first chapter of his career, was as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy, including Navigating Officer of a Minehunter during the 1st Gulf War, a round-the-world 'flag flying' diplomatic tour and second in command of a training vessel offering new recruits their first sea-going experience.

Kris Woods has over 20 years experience within local advertising agencies and the regional press. She has worked at all levels and in a wide range of areas including corporate communications, strategic planning, public relations, and event management.
For the past decade Kris has worked in Marketing and PR Consultancy, advising a number of high profile clients, and as a lecturer in marketing and management. Kris has an impressive track record of student success in delivering CIM programmes for Gateshead College; the BA (Hons) programme in Business, Management and Organisation for Teesside University, and NVQ Management at Level 4 and Level 5 for Tyne Met College. She is a member of both the CIM and the Institute for Learning and is an OCR Examiner for Business Studies.
